Sample answers:

  1. I am not quite sure I understand what you are getting at. Would you please explain to me how this issue is relevant to the position?
  2. The question makes me uncomfortable. I would really rather not answer it.
  3. I make it a point not to mix my personal beliefs with my work, if that is what you mean. I assure you that I value my career too much for that.
