Stress Question Sample Answer
"I used to work for a car manufacturer. Part of my job required me to analyze all the bids of suppliers and present my recommendations to the vice president of logistics. Their bids weren’t uniform so I often had to compare different items in my analysis. The process I used was complex which ate up much of my time coming up with my final report.
In hindsight, I think I should have simplified things and tried not to cover everything in my analysis. It would have saved the company precious time. Since then, I’ve tried to take the simplest yet most effective approach in doing my analysis."
